Jellievo Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jellievo platform — whether through the website at jellievo.net, any mobile browser interface, or any application associated with jellievo — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using jellievo immediately. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jellievo. They govern every aspect of your use of the platform, including account registration, placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits and withdrawals, and interacting with jellievo customer support.

Eligibility and Registration

To create and maintain a jellievo account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Jellievo does not permit account registration or platform access by any person under the age of 18, regardless of local age of majority rules in any specific Philippine region.
• You are a natural person — corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players on jellievo.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of using the jellievo platform. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is a violation of these terms.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online betting and gaming activities under all laws and regulations applicable to you personally.
• You have not previously been excluded from jellievo or self-excluded from gambling services, either voluntarily or by order.
• The information you provide during registration — name, date of birth, contact details, payment information — is accurate, complete, and belongs to you.

Jellievo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Account Management

Each person is permitted to hold only one jellievo account. This applies regardless of the email address, device, GCash number, or payment method used. If jellievo detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and account balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your jellievo login credentials. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any third party
• Logging out of jellievo after each session on shared devices
• Notifying jellievo support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Not allowing any other person to use your jellievo account to place bets or play games

Jellievo will not be responsible for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your jellievo account — whether by you or by someone else using your credentials — remains your responsibility unless you have reported a suspected breach to jellievo support without delay.

Your jellievo account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or grant access to your account to any other person under any circumstances.

Deposits and Payments

Jellievo accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (₱) only. Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Philippine banks including BDO, BPI, and UnionBank.

The following rules apply to all deposits made on jellievo:

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Jellievo does not accept third-party payments — deposits from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and may result in account suspension.
• The minimum deposit on jellievo is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit per transaction, but jellievo may apply daily or weekly deposit limits based on your account history or responsible gaming settings.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya typically reflect immediately in your jellievo balance. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two banking days to clear.
• Jellievo does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees that are outside jellievo's control.
• Deposited funds are for gaming purposes only. Jellievo is not a financial institution and your balance is not an interest-bearing account.

Withdrawals

Winnings may be withdrawn from your jellievo account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a GCash or bank account belonging to a third party.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Jellievo may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a threshold determined by jellievo's compliance team.
• GCash withdrawals typically process within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically arrive within one to two banking days.
• Any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cash balance — i.e., deposited funds and wagering-requirement-cleared winnings — is available for withdrawal.
• Jellievo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on jellievo — whether on sports markets, PBA or NBA games, or any other event — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, edit, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by jellievo's system. Review your selection, stake, and odds carefully before confirming.
• Jellievo publishes odds in real time. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event that an event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void before completion, jellievo's standard policy is to return stakes at the original odds for single bets. For accumulator bets, voided legs are treated as non-runners at odds of 1.00.
• Minimum and maximum stakes apply to all markets and are displayed within each betting market on jellievo. These limits exist to ensure market integrity and may be adjusted without notice.
• Jellievo does not accept bets from players who have access to non-public information about an event outcome. Any bet placed under these circumstances will be voided and the account reviewed.
• In the case of a dispute about a result, jellievo's decision — based on official sources and jellievo's own records — is final and binding.

Casino and Slots Play

Casino games and slot titles available on jellievo — including live dealer games, JILI slots, Color Game, and all other casino products — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general terms.

• Live casino games use real physical outcomes — real cards, real roulette wheels, real dice — streamed in HD from professional studios. Jellievo does not influence game outcomes.
• JILI slots and other software-based games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited and certified. Each spin result is statistically independent of all previous results.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for slots are theoretical long-run averages. Individual session outcomes vary and may be significantly above or below the stated RTP.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — the affected round will be voided and your stake returned. Jellievo will not pay any purported win that occurred during a confirmed technical fault.
• Minimum and maximum bets apply to each casino game and are displayed within the game interface on jellievo before you place any wager.

Bonuses and Promotions

Jellievo offers bonuses, promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated when the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the eligible player to whom they are offered. Sharing bonus codes across unrelated accounts or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a violation of these terms.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Jellievo will communicate the contribution rates for each applicable game type.
• Jellievo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed in error, through exploitation of a technical error, or in bad faith. In such cases, any winnings derived from the bonus may also be forfeited.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated at the time of the offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your balance automatically.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jellievo and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering — using jellievo to launder funds, process payments on behalf of third parties, or conduct any transaction with proceeds of criminal activity
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market on jellievo
• Arbitrage betting and bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of jellievo's odds or promotional offers in a manner designed to generate guaranteed profits rather than genuine recreational play
• Use of automated tools — bots, scripts, or any software that automates betting or casino play on jellievo without the express written consent of jellievo
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your jellievo account
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or GCash after funds have been deposited and used on jellievo
• Harassment — abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at jellievo staff or other players in any communication channel

Responsible Gaming

Jellievo is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

These tools are accessible from your jellievo account settings at any time. Jellievo encourages all players to use them proactively rather than reactively.

Privacy and Data

Jellievo collects and processes personal data as part of operating the platform, including your account information, transaction history, betting history, and device data. Jellievo does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors (such as GCash or Maya) is limited to what is necessary to process your transactions.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jellievo platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any jellievo content without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any jellievo software
• Use the jellievo brand, logo, or any associated trademarks for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on jellievo's platform or content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jellievo's liability to you is limited as follows:

• Jellievo is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Jellievo is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, internet connectivity failures, or third-party system failures outside jellievo's control.
• Jellievo is not liable for losses arising from your own decisions — including the bets you place, the games you play, and the stakes you choose — regardless of whether those decisions resulted in financial loss.
• In cases where jellievo's liability cannot be excluded by law, jellievo's maximum liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the calendar month in which the relevant event occurred.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by jellievo's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Account Suspension and Termination

Jellievo may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other unlawful activity
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the timeframe requested
• A chargeback or payment dispute being raised against a jellievo transaction
• Detection of a duplicate account
• At jellievo's reasonable discretion where continued operation of the account poses a risk to jellievo, other players, or the integrity of the platform

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach of these terms, jellievo may withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released to your nominated withdrawal method. If a breach is confirmed, jellievo may retain the balance in accordance with its legal entitlements.

You may close your jellievo account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@jellievo.net. Your available balance at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of jellievo that cannot be resolved through jellievo's internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, players are required to contact jellievo support at support@jellievo.net to attempt resolution through jellievo's standard complaints process. Jellievo aims to respond to formal complaints within five business days.

Amendments to These Terms

Jellievo reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when the most recent version came into force.

Jellievo will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of jellievo after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to any amended version of these terms, you must stop using jellievo and close your account before the effective date of the change.
